Process
The first inquiry is free. Planning meetings are billed hourly. After that, we bill by the hour, by the day, or using a capped estimate. Invoices are monthly. Travel, materials, and outside services, such as lab analyses, are billed separately.

Rowan R. Terra
Principal Scientist
Rowan is a biogeochemist and geochemical modeler, and a PhD candidate in Biological Sciences at Duquesne University.
Rowan studies how microbes and water chemistry control metals in mine drainage, and how to recover rare earths and other critical elements from it. Rowan is a member of the Geological Society of America (GSA), the American Chemical Society (ACS), the American Society for Microbiology (ASM), the American Society of Reclamation Sciences (ASRS), and the Pittsburgh Geological Society (PGS).
